Dear AITA Parents and Players,

As the 2023/24 winter Academy season continues, we are happy to share with you that it has been a highly productive period so far, and we’d like to thank you for your continued support and participation in our programs. We feel that all our players have shown growth and improvement on the tennis court, and we look forward to further success as they strive to reach their full potential.

A special congratulations is in order for both the Byram Hills and Greely girls varsity teams for their outstanding seasons, which included advancing to their sectional playoff events. Most notably we’d like to congratulate Anika Bobra for being recognized as an all-league honorable mention and for receiving the coach’s award. We’d also like to congratulate our junior varsity players for their successful seasons.

We are looking forward to the upcoming season for our boys players, and hope to see them achieve their individual and team goals. Additionally, we’d like to congratulate Ben Singer for committing to the men’s tennis team at Trinity College starting this fall.

We would also like to acknowledge and congratulate our players who have been steadily competing in both USTA junior tournaments and UTR events, including Dennis Katelevsky, Alex Lewis, Adi Gunnar, Anya Gunnar, Emma Knapp, Sofia Knapp, Noah Stopnik, Nevyn Dani, and Jeret Roslin. If you are competing in an event, we kindly ask that you fill out the form below so we can track your progress.

As a reminder, we encourage you to schedule any remaining lessons that are included in your Academy program, as well as to take full advantage of our match play on Sundays between 5 and 8 p.m. With the boys high school season around the corner, we feel it’s important to become match ready through both Academy match play and tournament participation.

All of us here at Armonk Indoor and Armonk Tennis would like to wish our players continued success on and off the court!
