Cardio Tennis
Cardio Tennis features high-energy drills that give players of all abilities a fun aerobic experience. It includes a warm-up, a fast-paced workout maximizing repetition of strokes, and a cool-down phase. If you want an exciting way to burn calories and get in shape, try Cardio Tennis.
Drill & Play Clinic
Play off the stresses of the workday with this high-energy tennis clinic. The pros will get you moving with a quick warm-up followed by fast-paced drills focusing on specific singles or doubles strategy. Players then work their refined skills into organized games, rotating partners and opponents for maximum fun.
