COVID-19 Guidelines and Procedures

The safety and well-being of our clients and staff remain our top priority. As such, we ask that all players adhere to the following COVID-19 policies. Please note that we will be reviewing them continually throughout the season and making adjustments accordingly. If you have any questions or concerns, please call or email us.

All Players

  • Players should stay home if feeling any potential symptoms of COVID-19.
  • Players should practice social distancing at all times while in the building and on court.

Seasonal/Per-Diem Programs & Leagues/Tournaments

  • Everyone must wear a mask inside the building when not on the court, including in the lobby and in the restrooms.
  • Ages 18 and younger and those who are unvaccinated must wear a mask on the court.
  • Spectators are not permitted, and players are asked to not congregate in the clubhouse before or after playing.

Junior Development Program & AITA

  • Everyone must wear a mask inside the building when not on the court, including in the lobby and in the restrooms.
  • Ages 18 and younger and those who are unvaccinated must wear a mask on the court.
  • Parents/guardians are asked to not congregate in the clubhouse.
  • Players should arrive no more than five minutes before their scheduled program time and depart immediately after. Parents/guardians should drop off their children at the main entrance, or park and accompany their children into the building. Pickup is at the exit by the indoor courts.
  • If taking the activity bus, players will be provided a space until their program begins where they can do their homework while remaining socially distanced.

Quarantining

  • We will follow CDC recommendations for quarantining, taking into account the vaccination and mask status of each individual and any players in proximity. If a child is asked by their school to quarantine, please do not attend programs at Armonk Tennis Club and Armonk Indoor Sports Center.
